Samuel Eli Cohen is historical fiction screenwriter with a background in research-driven storytelling, specializing in character dramas set in the past.
He works as a writer, researcher, and editor at History on Fire Podcast, one of the world’s leading history podcasts.
He is a graduate from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with degrees in History and Anthropology, and was recently admitted to the Screenwriting TV Track at the UCLA School of Theater, Film & Television, beginning Fall 2025.
